Garlic powder a pinch
Salt 2 pinches or to taste
Black pepper powder 2 pinches
Oil 2 tbs
Fully boiled egg yolks 2
Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
Green chillis chopped 2
Coriander chopped 2 tbs
Cheddar cheese slices 2
Water 1 cup
Fully boiled egg whites (sliced) 2
Cream 2-3 tbs
In a pan heat oil & add eggs. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt & black pepper powder. Cover until half fried.
Then put it aside.
Now in another pan heat oil. Add fully boiled yolks, garlic, coriander, green chillis, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt, black pepper powder, turmeric powder & cumin powder. Fry for a min. Mash it well. Then add water. Mash it again & again. Add cheese slices. Mix well. Mash it again.
At last add sliced egg whites. Cook for a min. Then pour this on half fried eggs.
Add cream on top & serve!
