Hi All! Today we’re going to talk about the best eating food for your health.
So, what are the best foods to eat? Well, first of all, it’s important to note that there’s no such thing as “bad” foods—just bad diets. For example, if you eat nothing but donuts and ice cream, you’re going to have some health problems. But if you eat chicken breast and broccoli every day, you’ll be fine. So, let’s get into some specifics on what kind of food is good for our bodies and what kind isn’t!
First up: carbs! Some people think that carbs are bad for us because they make us fat or give us diabetes or something like that. But carbs are actually really good for you! They give your body energy so that you can do stuff like walk and talk without collapsing in exhaustion every five minutes (you know who I’m talking about). Some great sources of carbs include things like oatmeal, rice noodles with peanut sauce (my favorite), and sweet potatoes with butter on top (also my favorite).
