Chocolate-covered dates with hazelnut butter
Ingredients:
Royal dates
Cashews (or other nuts)
Hazelnut butter
100g milk or dark chocolate
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
There’s nothing to explain. The important thing is to melt the chocolate correctly: melt it in short bursts in the microwave, stirring every 10-15 seconds, or melt it constantly stirring in a double boiler. Add sunflower oil to the melted chocolate.
Before covering the dates with chocolate, send them to the refrigerator or freezer for 20-30 minutes or for 15 minutes.
Decoration: waffle crumbs, dried flowers, pistachios.
