This is @maxlamanna’s go-to TOFU + VEG NOODLE- I have this at least twice a week without fail!

This is how you make it:
Block of Tofu
2 tsp olive oil
4 tsp cornstarch
Pinch of salt and black pepper

*Bake in the oven at 200C/392F for 12 minutes or until crispy – toss halfway for an even crispiness throughout.

Peanut Butter Tamari Sauce:
2 tbsp peanut butter (it’s crunchy for me)
4 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp rice vinegar

*If it’s too thick, add a splash of water

Cook any veg you want with the noodles – we went for broccoli, baby corn and carrot.
