500g Fresh Miki Noodles
2tbsp Canola Oil
3cloves Garlic, minced
1med. White Onion, sliced
250g Beef Tapa cut or Beef Brisket
2pcs Knorr Beef Broth Cube
6cups Water, for the broth
4pcs Spring Onions, divided
(white part for broth)
Toppings & Garnish:
bunch Spring Onions, finely chopped
1cup Napa Cabbage, shredded
2tbsp Fried Garlic, garnish
3pcs Hard Boiled Eggs, whole or halves
Chili Garlic Oil, for spicy (optional)
