1 tbsp EVOO
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup diced red onion
2 cups chopped kale
1 cup julienned cabbage
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup kimchi
1 cup cooked rice
1 3/4 cup cooked cannellini beans
