Hiya! In this this video I will be showing you how I make this spicy delicious recipe . It’s a local delicacy made with Goat Head and eaten amongst the igbo’s in the Eastern part of Nigeria. Honestly this came out so delicious I served it with rice, you can have it alone or with some drinks. Enjoy! Xo

Ingredients for Isi Ewu

To season the goat heads

– 2 Goat heads
– 1 knorr cube
– 1 Star cube
– 1 tbs thyme
– 2 tbs mixed spice
– 2 tbs Onion powder
– 1 medium size fresh onion
– 1 tsp Salt
– 3 tbs Isiewu Spice ( you can more if you want)

Sauce
– 1 1/2 Palm oil
– 3 TBS potash mix
(Mix 1/4 tsp of ground potash in 4 tbs of water)
– 1/2 cup meat stock
– 3 tbs Cameroon Pepper
– 3 habanero peppers
( don’t add this much peppers if you can’t handle spicy food)

For Garnishing

Half medium size onion
