The American National dish can’t really be defined as one thing. In my exploration of American cuisine, I realized that soul food is widely regarded as one of the greatest foods associated with the US.
Soul food is of great cultural importance for the Black community in the United States, and I don’t wanna sit here and pretend this is an authentic representation of it. I’m just a dumb white guy trying to taste foods around the world that I can’t physically reach.
