Lauki Ka Raita Recipe.
Bottle gourd/lauki 1 kg
Peel it off
Cut in cubes
Water 1/2 ltr
Boil it for 5 mints
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Pink salt 1 tsp
Cover it
Let it cook for more 8-10 mints
Until it gets tender
let it cool
Blend it and make a paste
Whisk Yougurt 1 kg
Add lauki paste
Pink salt 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Mix it
Add baghar
Oil 1/4 cup
Sliced garlic cloves around 3-4 tbsp
Fry it
Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
Served with boiled rice
