Puran Poli
Ingredients:
1 Cup – Toor Dal
1 tsp – Oil
1+1/4 Cup – Water
Dough :
1+1/2 Cup – Wheat Flour
1/4 Cup – Maida
1 tbsp – Oil
Water as Required
Cooking :
2+1/2 tbsp – Ghee
1 Cup – Sugar
1+1/2 tsp – Cardamom Powder
Ghee as Requirement
Method:
Take a Toor Dal , Wash and Soak for Half n Hour
Take a Pressure Cooker and keep One Vessel and add , Soaked Toor Dal, Oil, Water, and Close the Lid and , Close the Cooker and Give 4-5 Whistle
Dough :
Take a Big Bowl and add Wheat Flour , Maida , Oil , Mix Properly and Make a Soft Dough and Apply little Oil and Give 10-15 Min Rest.
Take Cooked Toor Dal and Blend With Blender . make a thick Paste
Take one Kadhai and add Ghee ,then add Dal Mixture . Cook little then add Sugar .
Cook till it thickens .
Check With Spoon , Keep Spoon Middle of the Kadhai , check and then add Close the flame and add Cardamom Powder ,Mix and Remove in Plate
Let Completely Cool , Spread in Plate
Grease Hand With Ghee and Make a Balls of Mixture and Dough
Roll Dough Little and Stuff Dal Mixture Ball
And Make Big Ball and Roll it Like Chapati
And Apply Ghee and Make Puran Poli and Serve
