Quick Beer Bread Recipe / Beer Bread No Yeast / Shot in the USA / Quick Beer Bread With Cheese
This recipe for quick beer bread with cheese is one of those easy-peasy bread recipes. No yeast, no kneading, no waiting for the dough to rise….. just mix everything, put it in the oven, and bake it. Baking bread couldn’t be any easier. This recipe is different from my other bread recipes like the one for soft burger buns or eggless ladi pav where yeast is used as a leavening agent.
And if you’re wondering if all that beer in the batter will make you tipsy, nothing like that will happen. The beer just adds to the flavour and the aroma of the bread. Beer bread is best enjoyed fresh. So if you want to have it the next day, I suggest you warm up the bread slices first. You could dunk the beer bread in soup, have it with butter, or enjoy it as it is, by itself.
