4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, and red pepper flakes.
