400 g Chicken breasts
2 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp. coffee Garam masala
1 tbsp. Turmeric coffee
2 cardamom pods
15 cl Coconut milk
1 drizzle of oil
Step 1: Peel and slice the onion and garlic. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and sweat the onion.
Step 2: Add the garlic, garam masala, turmeric and cardamom and mix.
Add the chicken pieces and brown them on all sides.
Step 3: Pour in the coconut milk, salt and simmer for 30 min.
When serving, sprinkle with fresh coriander.
Step 4: Tip: serve with basmati rice.
