For 4 people

TOTAL TIME: 25 mins
Preparation: 15 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins

Ingredients :

500 g Chicken breasts
2 cloves Garlic
1 shallot
4 Lemons
1 pinch sweet pepper
4 tbsp. tbsp olive oil
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tbsp. Cumin
1 pinch Cinnamon

Step 1: Peel and slice the garlic cloves and shallot and place them in a salad bowl.

Add the chili pepper, cumin and cinnamon, then pour in the juice of the 4 lemons, the vinegar and the olive oil.

Step 2: Salt and pepper, mix well and add the chicken breasts.

Cover and leave to marinate overnight in a cool place.

Step 3: Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and place them on skewers.

Cook on the barbecue for about 10 minutes, turning the skewers regularly. Serve immediately.

Step 4: Tip: Serve with a garlic and coriander cream.
