Cooking time: 190 min

Ingredients :

800 g Braising beef
8 Carrots
1 clove Garlic
1 onion
1 Bottle of raw cider
1 sprig of thyme
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp. tbsp Oil
Salt
Pepper

Step 1: Peel and slice the onion and garlic. Cut the meat into large cubes.

Peel the carrots, rinse them and cut them into slices.

Step 2: Heat the oil in a casserole dish and sweat the onion.

Add the beef pieces and brown them on all sides.

Step 3: Add the carrot slices, garlic, thyme and bay leaf then pour in the cider.

Salt, pepper, cover then simmer covered for 3 hours (if necessary, add a little water during cooking). Serve hot.

Step 4: Tip: serve with fresh pasta or steamed potatoes.
