Recipe: Pork vindaye

Here is the recipe in detail:

For 6 persons

TOTAL TIME: 85 min
Preparation: 25 mins
Cooking time: 60 mins

Ingredients :

500 g Pork meat (chuck, loin)
300 g Butternut
1 chili pepper
1 small piece of fresh ginger
1 tbsp. tbsp Curry
2 cloves Garlic
2 Onions
2 tbsp. tbsp Oil
4 tbsp. tbsp Vinegar

Step 1: Cut the meat into cubes. Peel the piece of butternut then also cut it into cubes.

Peel the ginger, onions and garlic, then place them in a blender bowl.

Step 2: Add the chili pepper and curry then mix everything to obtain a paste.

Pour this paste into a casserole dish, add the meat, butternut, oil and vinegar and mix.

Step 3: Pour around 20 cl of water, add salt, heat and simmer gently for 1 hour, stirring from time to time.
