Hello everyone, today presents the following Recipe : Vegetable tagliatelle

Here is the recipe in detail:

For 4 people

Ingredients :

2 Carrots
2 courgettes
1 pinch of Espelette pepper powder
1 Lime
Olive oil

For the sauce:

1 tray of 150 g St Môret® Ligne & Plaisir
50 g Light cream
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. tablespoons chopped chives
1 clove of minced garlic
1 dash of Espelette pepper

Step 1: Wash, peel the vegetables and cut them into tagliatelle shapes using a mandolin fitted with a toothed blade.

Step 2: Salt them, mix them together in a salad bowl, add a little grated lemon zest, then add the olive oil, Espelette pepper and lemon juice.

Step 3: Prepare the sauce by mixing the St Môret, cream, water, chives, chopped garlic and chili pepper.
