My MIL was visiting us recently and that’s when she showed me how to make her very special rice laddoos. Everyone who tried, loved them and she started getting orders for it! They literally sold like hot cakes.

Ingredients she used:
– 1 cup rice (washed a couple of times and then dried completely)
– 1/2 to 3/4 cup jaggery
– 1 cup coconut
– 1 tsp cardamom powder
