Ingredients:
Lamb meat ½ kg
Sliced tomato ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Green chilies 4-6
Clarified butter ½ cup
Salt as needed
Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
Recipe:
Add salt and water to the drumstick meat and cover and let it cook. Then fry the ginger-garlic paste in hot ghee. Add tomatoes and fry more. Mix green chillies and rakali chillies and cook for another 5 minutes. Yummy Shinwari Danba Kadhai is ready.
