Mutton 1 kg
Red chilli flakes 1-1/2 tbs
Salt 3/4 tbs or to taste
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbs heaped
Water 2 cups

Tomato paste of 600 gm tomatoes
Water as required
Clarified butter 1/2 cup
Ginger julienned 2 inch piece
Green chillis 5-7

First add mutton, ginger garlic paste , salt, red chilli flakes & water in a wok. Cover & cook until it’s half tender. Now add clarified butter & cook until oil separates. Now add tomato paste & half cup water. Cover & cook until meat is fully tender . Now add a little water is needed. Add ginger & green chillis & cover for 5 mins.
Garnish with ginger & green chillis & serve!
