Falsa 250 gm
Sugar 175 gm
Salt 3/4 tsp or to taste
Water as required
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Water as required
Ice cubes as required

Add falsa, salt, sugar ,water & black pepper. Blend well. Strain it using a basket.
Pour it in a jar. Add water & ice cubes.

FALSA JUICE (can be stored)

Water 2 cups
Black salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1-1/2 tsp
Salt 2 tsp or to taste
Sugar 500 gm
Falsa 500 gm

Add all the ingridients in a pan & cook until falsa is soft enough. Then turn off the flame & blend it. Now strain it using a basket. Add water in between if required.
Now pour the blended mixture again in the pan & cook to drg excess water.
When the consistency is thick enough like squash then turn off the flame. Cool down to room temp. Store it in an air tight container.
Can be stored in refigirator for upto 1 month.
For making juice, in half glass of water add 2 tbs of falsa juice mixture. Add ice cubes & enjoy!


Falsa Chutney

Falsa 250 gm
Sugar 250 gm
Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Water 1/2 cup
White vinegar 1 tsp

In a pam add water, sugar & falsa. Cook until falsa is soft enough that it could be mashed with the help of spoon. (It will take about 15 to 20 mins)
Now add vinegar, salt & black pepper. Cook more for about 3 to 5 mins.
Now turn off the flame. Let it cool completely. Transfer it to an air tight container.
It can be stored in refigirator for up to 1 month.
