Add some oil and butter in the Pan, add jeera , add some chopped onion, some chopped tomatoes, finely chopped carrots , green chillies and green peas. you can use the veggies of your choice. or skip it. I like more veggies so I added. add some red chilli powder ,salt , garam masala and maggi taste maker. stir them well. Add a dash of water. add maggi noodels. and cover the lid. cook the noodes at low flame. when the noodels become soft stir well and cover lid. serve it hot and enjoyyy…
