Stuffed Chilla Roll

1 Cup – Besan
¼ Cup -Fine Sooji
Salt to taste
1 tsp – Asafoetida (Hing)
½ tsp – Turmeric Powder
1 Cup – Water
½ Cup – Grated Paneer
1/2 Cup – Spring Onion White Part Chopped
½ Cup – Spring Onion Green Part Chopped
½ Cup – Capsicum Chopped
2-3 tbsp – Coriander Chopped
1 tbsp – Green Chilli Chopped
Salt to taste
½ tsp – Black Pepper Powder
1 tbsp – Roasted Cumin Powder
1tbsp – Black Salt
½ tsp – Black Peper Powder
1 tbsp – Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
Optional Red Capsicum Chopped
Take a bowl and add Besan, Fine Sooji, Salt to taste then add Hing, Turmeric Powder add Water and Rest for half hour.
Stuffing: Mix above Stuffing all ingredients and Keep Aside
Masala: Keep above Masala Ingredients, Mix and Keep aside
Take above Batter, Mix Properly and Whisk I Properly with Whisker
Take a Tawa and Spread Batter Like Dosa, Put Some Oil and Add above Stuffing and put Some Red Capsicum Chopped for Look. Sprinkle Some Masala and Roll it and Serve Hot.
