This is a simple yet healthy sandwich to put together. It is healthy because the mayo which i used here is 100% veg mayo so it is healthy than the sandwich which you make using regular mayo

So lets see the ingredients:

Bread slices,
salt to taste
finely chopped cucumber
finely chopped bell pepper
finely chopped tomatoes
red chili flakes
black pepper
