Mutton 750 gm
Clarified butter 3/4 cup
Garlic cloves 12-15
Red button chillis 8-10
Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
Water as required

In a wok, add butter & mutton.
Now cook until colour changes . Now add button red chillis , salt, & garlic cloves. Fry until oil separates. Now add 3/4 cup of water & cover & cook for 15 mins.
After 15 mins, check if more water is needed then add.
Like the same way after 25-30 mins check it again. Add more water if needed until. Repeat it again.
Then when meat is tender then on medium flame fry it until oil separates. Now turn off the flame, dish it out & enjoy!
Serve it with raita!
